lets play!!
my biggest issue's always been that i dont really want to meaningfully interact with that many people all the time. and then what can you do except throw yourself into the frontlines over and over?

Some clans are quieter and it's nice just to have access or basic direction of 'we will attack X with experienced soldiers and sufficient materiel' - a lot of them I hardly ever had to talk to anyone.
Tank crews. Taking a tank to the right front can move frontlines.
Artillery. This one's obvious.
Public facilities/logi in general. A single logi-man can save fronts.
Gunboat harassment. Always fun.
Being a partisan. This one's hard, but it was baked into my blood.
Building defenses is sometimes nice, too.
The artists gave me form, the writers added intelligence, and the fans bestowed purpose. But, above all...

I was in a logi/naval heavy clan for a while and I spent a loooot of time doing all kinds of logi in Foxhole, but I love doing the partisan and sneaky stuff by landing boat the most its so good.

how hard is it to learn to play foxhole in terms of like cuz i get tired and fed up very quickly with any game with a complex interface/UI, and also is it especially intensive for CPU or GPU, as i may wish to join

It depends. There's a lot of roles of varying complexity, but the UI is generally very simple and most things aren't very hard to learn.

Being a soldier is very easy, and since everyone can see how new you are, they won't expect much.

Doing logistics is a little tougher. On the surface it looks complex. Where do I get a car? How do I fuel the car? Where do I get the materials to make things? How do I make things?

But a lot of player effort is dedicated specifically to streamline all those processes - and most items take only one or two inputs to make. Often fairly intuitive. Usually it just takes 'Materials'. If it goes BOOM, it also takes 'Explosive Materials'. Easiest thing ever to understand.

And then you got artillery, naval, airplanes, partisans, etc. etc.
You are not expected to understand or engage with any of that.
